The flat we had was overall pretty good.
Unfortunately, there is a very bad mosquitoe problem and we couldnt have the windows open at any time without being stung at least 10 times. Mosquitoe nets are an absolute must!
It was quite warm and because of not being able to open the windows and not having a fan, we didnt sleep well the warm nights (the flat had full day sun and it just got hot inside - the thermostatread 27 and 28 degrees at night inside the flat-).
The garden also stinks, because there is either a weird smelling from a fertilizer or old dirty cleaning water being dumped in the plants. And the grass was really long so we couldnt actually enjoy the garden that we had.
No wifi in the rooms.
Furthermore, you really do need to take EVERYTHING with you (meaning salt, pepper, oil, etc etc). Barely anythig is provided, and only upon request.

The view of the ocean is beyond beautiful but what made it bad is the apartment that came without an ac or a fan unit it should have mentioned it on the website we couldn’t sleep with a baby in a temp that goes up to 34 Celsius plus the Wi-Fi wasn’t available & music was playing so loud mid might .. we were so embarrassed that one of the bar staff had to come and said this is a private area that we had to get a reservation to be able to sit by the beach yet we paid 703€ for the apartment and the view love the city but won’t be able to come back here again :(
was on holiday with children. there had to be a pool and air conditioning. they wrote there was air conditioning in the rooms. it did not work. not fun with small children in 30 degrees. nice picture of pool on their website. but it was green and closed. the place looks like something that is in disrepair.

We have spent 2 weeks at the hotel. Open arrival we realized that our apartment was far from expected - we had a groundfloor with no view at all and a bad smell. We asked for an upgrade - and we have never seen such good service before - …
We would not come again. In front of the hotel is a bar that plays loud music every day from morning until one o'clock at night.
